Sources: Heat aim to be front-runners for Lowry

The Miami Heat are positioning themselves to become front-runners to land Kyle Lowry in a sign-and-trade agreement once discussions are permitted to begin on Monday, sources told ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski.
