Giannis helped off with calf injury, undergoes tests

Bucks star Giannis Antetokounmpo departed Tuesday night’s game against Boston in the third quarter after injuring his left calf. Coach Doc Rivers said he was undergoing an MRI exam and also would have his Achilles tendon tested.
