Sources: Blazers to protest loss after wild finish

The Trail Blazers are filing a protest with the league office, contending that coach Chauncey Billups clearly requested a timeout before the team was whistled for a double dribble late in Tuesday’s loss to the Thunder, sources told ESPN.
